Hi!
I’m Mrs. Chavarria, and I am thrilled to be your student’s 4th grade teacher! This year is my first year teaching at Marrama, and I am so proud to be a Mustang! I have taught 3rd grade for the past two years in Jefferson County, after I earned my Master’s in Teaching Elementary Education in 2022 from MSU Denver. Before that, I worked as a Paraprofessional, as well as a director for before and after school care programs for several years. My passion and my hope for all my students is not only that they each progress academically, but also, that they each strive to be the best version of themselves everyday, and that they embrace their own resilience along the way.
My husband and I live out in Arvada with our cat, Leo. We love to watch live stand-up comedy, but we have to catch the early shows, otherwise, I will fall asleep!
