Welcome back! I am so excited for this 2022-2023 school year. My name is Jenn Watts and this will be my fifth year as Marrama’s assistant principal. I began my teaching career at Marrama as a student teacher, transitioned to a fourth and fifth grade teacher for 11 years, and was an instructional coach for three years. In 2018, I had the wonderful opportunity to become our school’s assistant principal. I consider Marrama my “home” and can’t wait to begin another year.
I am the lucky mom to two boys, ages 16 (junior) and 13 (8th grade), and I have been married for 17 years to my husband, Nick. We also have two rescue dogs, Tigger and Chance. We are super busy being soccer and baseball parents on the weekends but in our spare time, we love to travel, mountain bike, paddle board, and hang out with friends and family.
I look forward to a successful school year with a passionate, hard working staff along with an inspiring and committed group of students and families.
