“Drawing Together” – a collaborative project created by our 5th graders at Marrama. I love to see how my students are able to understand the meaning and value of working together on something that is original and that promotes diversity and thinking!

Music

Marrama Mustangs are making music! The first week we were up on stage jammin’ out with a little Eye of the Tiger by Survivor, High Hopes by Panic! at the Disco and more!

Next week we will start diving into expression in music through speed (tempo), volume (dynamics), and articulation (length and beginnings of sound) using a variety of folk tunes prevalent in the Americas.

Information will go out in a couple of weeks about
afterschool music programs
starting late September!
