Hello! I am so excited to be returning to Marrama as a 4th grade teacher for a second year. I began my journey at Marrama as an ECE paraprofessional. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology as well as a second Bachelor of Arts in French and German. I also have a Master of Arts in Teaching. My knowledge of two languages other than English helps me understand what it is like to learn a second language. I look forward to working with my parents and students this year.
Hi! My name is Jamie Scholl. I was born and raised in Rapid City, South Dakota. I attended college in Laramie, Wyoming at the University of Wyoming. After I moved to Colorado to teach in Denver Public Schools. I have been here for around three years enjoying all the great hiking, camping and fishing. I look forward to meeting my new students and watching them grow!
Kathryn Gigantiello (Miss G.)
Hi! My name is Miss Gigantiello, but you can call me Miss G. I am so excited to be part of the 4th grade team at Marrama Elementary! I was born and raised in New Jersey and I am the oldest of four! I have a younger brother, Joey, and two younger sisters, Alexandra and Paige. When I graduated high school, I moved to Fredericksburg, Virginia where I attended the University of Mary Washington. While I was there I studied Theatre and Elementary Education. So, often times you could find me acting on the stage in Klein Theatre, dancing with the Performing Arts Club, or at my favorite coffee shop planning fun and exciting lessons for all of my students. After graduating in May 2015, I moved to the beautiful state of Colorado and I am now living in Denver. I love being so close to the mountains! Some of my favorite outdoor activities include hiking, skiing, and swimming.
